This PM Kit is designed for Medivators DSD-201 units with a serial number greater than 649904-064 or units with a serial number less than 649906-064 that have been converted to the New Style (Valcor) Drain Valves. This Kit is not compatible with the Old Style (Parker) Drain Valves. If you have any questions about which Style Drain Valves your equipment currently has, please contact us and we will be glad to help you assess your drain valves and acquire the correct Preventative Maintenance Kit.

We offer this service free of charge as an additional added value to your facility.

When performing annual Preventative Maintenance, you may discover other items that need to be addressed above and beyond the annual Preventative Maintenance. If you have any questions about additional parts needed during a review of your equipment, please contact MedService Repair and we will offer troubleshooting support and discounted pricing on parts to keep your equipment running. If you would like MedService Repair to make an in-person visit to your facility to complete the annual Preventative Maintenance or to address other issues, a PO must be issued prior to MedService Repair making a physical visit.

Warranty

 

MedService Repair provides a 30 day parts warranty covering manufacturing defects for individual components of Preventative Maintenance Kits. If you would like to make a warranty claim, customers will be asked to send the component in question to MedService Repair for review and acceptance. If a part is determined to be defective, MedService Repair will provide a replacement part at no charge.
