Endocept from Whiteley

Low-foaming, pH-neutral formula with excellent materials compatibility. Endocept is an advanced multi-enzyme system that delivers proven performance in validated cleaning tests.

The first and often vital step in any process of sterilization is the removal of organic soils. Meticulous cleaning prior to disinfecting or sterilization is essential. If blood or other organic matter is not entirely removed prior to disinfection or sterilization, sterility of the equipment may be compromised. Failure to remove organic soiling prior to disinfection or sterilization may result in the transmission of infectious organisms. Endocept acts quickly by penetrating and degrading dried blood and other proteinaceous matter that is difficult to remove by traditional methods of cleaning.

Endocept™ is a multi-function enzymatic detergent for manual and automated reprocessing of surgical instruments and flexible endoscopes. Endocept™ is a low foaming, pH neutral, non-corrosive and free-rinsing formula compatible with reusable surgical instruments and flexible endoscopes. Endocept™ is effective at penetrating and breaking down the most common soils found on medical devices including protein, fat and carbohydrate-based soils. With excellent materials compatibility, Endocept™ is an advanced multi-enzyme system designed for safe and effective use across a wide range of medical instruments and devices.

Its formulation is engineered to be noncorrosive and gentle on delicate surfaces including stainless steel, plastics, and complex device components, helping to preserve the integrity and longevity of reusable instruments. Endocept™ delivers proven performance producing consistent results in validated cleaning tests. Endocept™ rapidly removes protein-rich biological soils and bioburden and passes most commercial soil tests.

MedService Repair is your #1 source for OEM compatible AER filters at the lowest possible prices. We have years of experience with AER filters! We’ve been servicing and repairing AERs for decades which gives us firsthand knowledge of what works and what doesn’t. That knowledge becomes your advantage as we’ve spent a great deal of time considering the water filters and maintenance products we offer our clients and use ourselves repairing and maintaining AERs for medical offices throughout the United States. By creating a free account today you’ll have access to our member only special pricing on AER filters and many other parts and service items to keep your endoscope reprocessor in excellent working condition.

For years, buying the manufacturer’s OEM AER filters was the only logical solution as they were the highest quality parts. This was the was case for all the most popular AER brands; Medivators AER Filters, Cantel AER Filters, ASP AER Filters, Johnson & Johnson AER Filters, Olympus AER Filters, Custom Ultrasonics AER Filters, Steris AER Filters.

And while OEM quality has not suffered, today other options exist. Manufacturer compatible AER filters are available from reputable sources you can trust at highly discounted prices. The savings available is instrumental to running medical practices efficiently especially when the quality of the AER replacement and maintenance parts themselves meets or exceeds the manufacturer’s own high quality water filters.

The manufacturing processes of AER filters have evolved considerably over the years. Automation and technology advances in the manufacturing processes play a large role in this. For instance, the quality of the side seam welding has improved dramatically with new equipment that has helped these competing AER filter manufacturers meet or exceed the OEM manufacturer’s own strict guidelines. The glues and additives that used to be used and were a source of common issues have been replaced with ultrasonic thermal welding which completely ensured the integrity of the seams.

All this to say that if you haven’t considered aftermarket OEM compatible AER Filters as the solution for your medical practice’s consumable maintenance items you may want to consider it. If you have any questions at all about AER Filters, please call us today at the number below. We’ll be happy to answer any questions and make recommendations.
