Low Chamber Alarm during Disinfect Phase and Rinse Phases


See below for a number of troubleshooting steps you can take to diagnose and resolve this error.

Visually check and verify if the basin is full or not full

  1. If the basin is full:
    1. Make sure the floating lid is in place with the blackout sticker on
    2. Make sure the basin level sensor cap is installed and is not cracked
    3. If these items are in place, the following components may cause this error:
      1. Basin Level Sensor
      2. Sensor Board
      3. Sensor Wiring Harness
  1. If the basin is not full, the following components may cause this error:
    1. Clogged 1.0, 0.45, and / or 0.2 micron filter  (DSD EDGE Compatible Filters)
    2. Facility water supply may not be turned on
    3. Facility incoming water pressure may be below the 40psi dynamic requirement
    4. External Water Regulator
    5. Water Inlet Valve or its Seal (#14)
    6. Water Valve or its Seal (#2)
    7. Chamber Fill Valve or its Seal (#6)
    8. Drain Valve #11
    9. Side A Compressor
    10. Air Tank Pressure Switch
    11. Air Tank Check Valve
    12. Mac Valve Assembly
    13. Valve Drive Board
    14. CPU Programming
